The letter reads in full:
“Hon Okey-Joe Onuakalusi
Member Representing Oshodi/Isolo II Federal Constituency
Federal House of Representatives
National Assembly, Abuja
Dear Hon Okey-Joe,
52 HEARTY CHEERS TO AN ACHIEVER & A SILENT DYNAMITE
It is with hearts filled with joy that we extend 52 hearty cheers to you on this auspicious occasion of your 52nd birthday.
In the evergreen words of William Shakespeare, “Some men are born great, others attain greatness whereas others have greatbess thrust upon them”. Even though a Prince by birth, you attained greatness by believing in yourself and trying again and again.
The motto of this foundation, “Show the light and the people and shall find their way” is a testament to your belief in Good Governance as a tool for societal advancement, not self aggrandizement.
Surely, those who have had the privilege of working with you know that your calm mien is not weakness but a sign of inner fortitude and calmness that comes from trusting in the Lord, who is Shepherd, just as David, the Apple of God’s Eye did in Psalm 23.
Indeed, “You are a quiet Dynamite” and we are proud to be associated with you.

From myself and the rest of the HOJ Foundation Management Team including Mr Remi Shobande(Program Coordinator, Youth/Education) and Mrs Uche Ofomata (Program Coordinator, Women/Health), we ask God Almighty to grant his Wisdom and Mercies, now and forever. Amen.
Happy Birthday, sir
Mazi Ikechukwu Bismarck Oji,MNSE, COREN
Executive Director, HOJ Foundation “
